“Just in Time deliveries” in print don't work

A new tool for the print and IT reseller

The reason why “Just in Time Delivery” of toners through DCA alerts does not work is that, in most cases, users replace the toner that arrived when they see it coming in, not when the cartridges are empty.

 

The NEW JIT-R system is not Just-in-Time delivery, but Just in Time Replacement: The 2CLIXZ platform assembles alerts for 2 or 3 weeks (integrated with the DCA) and delivers all supplies at once. The JIT-R module then avoids the immediate replacement, manages the intermediate inventory and will also manage the return of empties.

 

The result is a solution that has no cost to the MPS Reseller, on the contrary, he makes money with it and can increase the ecologically beneficial profile of his company and that of his customers.

With 30 years of experience in the printing and recycling marketplace, Jan has been involved in the sales and development of MPS (Managed Print Services) software since 2004.

He has worked with Resellers across Europe and the US, helping them drive MPS (Managed Print Services) and Document Management Software sales.

As managing Director of DocuAudit, he started a new project, called In-Map, in 2010, which was followed by 2CLIXZ in 2014. Thomas started as Quality Control and Co-Development manager in the Surface Technologies department of the group. Surface Technologies or Coatings need precision Engineering as they are transparent and the user will see any mistakes.

This was an excellent preparation to take the role of COO as he now combines Support and Quality Control as the Operations Manager. Thomas is also the liaison between customers and external teams, which speeds up rollout, support, fixes etc.
